Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or high-volume customer service environments.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Familiar with Salesforce and C4C customer information systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for EnergyWise Home enrollments and inquiries.
• Verify customer and premise information and schedule Field Service Requests and in-home appointments.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
