Duke Energy is seeking a Products & Services Coordinator to support the EnergyWise Home program as part of the Demand Operations Center. The role handles customer calls, verifies information, enrolls customers, and creates Field Service Requests across multiple systems.

You will coordinate scheduling with field staff and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction. Remote work from a location within the footprint states (NC, SC, FL, OH, KY, IN) is permissible after

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ related work experience.
• Call center experience and bilingual ability are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Customer Information Systems (Salesforce and C4C) is preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the EnergyWise Home program and enroll customers.
• Verify customer and premise information, qualify for enrollment, and create Field Service Requests (FSRs).
• Schedule in-home appointments and coordinate with field advisors and installation contractors.
• Troubleshoot device and service issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
