Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Products & Services Coordinator to support the EnergyWise Home program within the Demand Operations Center. You will handle customer calls, verify information, enroll customers, and document Field Service Requests across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field advisors, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining audit-ready records to ensure reliability and satisfaction. Remote work is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for EnergyWise Home enrollments and inquiries.
• Create and document Field Service Requests and schedule in-home appointments with field staff.
• Maintain audit-ready records across systems and support program reporting.
