ICF is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support the utility energy efficiency portfolio across Arkansas. The role focuses on outreach, event planning, coordination with trade allies, and lead generation to connect customers with energy programs.

You will research events, manage calendars, track leads, and work with marketing, program management, and client teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful events. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in outreach, community engagement or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsabilités

• Research local community events and outreach channels aligned with program goals.
• Develop and maintain an outreach and events calendar with dates and locations.
• Coordinate and attend community outreach events and gather leads.
• Track leads and engagement using tracking tools and CRM.
• Prepare outreach summaries and event recaps.
• Coordinate with marketing, program management, and client representatives for messaging.
