Job summary

ICF is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support Arkansas utility energy efficiency programs. This remote Arkansas role strengthens program visibility, engages communities, and coordinates with trade allies to generate leads and plan events across the state.

The ideal candidate will research events, manage calendars, track engagement, and assist with materials and logistics while delivering a positive customer experience in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in outreach or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating events and outreach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research local community events, PR opportunities, and trade ally events aligned with program goals.
• Develop and maintain an outreach and events calendar with audiences, dates, locations, and goals.
• Coordinate and attend community outreach events to promote program awareness and gather leads.
• Work with trade allies to plan co-branded or partner events and support logistics.
• Track leads, interactions, and event metrics using CRM/spreadsheets and report updates to leadership.
