Job summary

ICF is seeking an Associate Account Specialist to support residential energy efficiency programs in Louisiana. Based in Monroe or Lake Charles, you will work closely with clients and the implementation team to deliver energy savings to customers and manage a network of Trade Allies.

You will review submissions, perform QA, generate reports, and coordinate with stakeholders. Local travel up to 30% is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary to fulfill responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (one year of experience can substitute for each year of education).
• 1+ years of professional work experience; preferably in utilities, energy efficiency, construction or trades.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Review project submissions from Trade Allies for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform desktop and field QA reviews to validate data and program compliance.
• Provide day-to-day support to Trade Allies and internal teams with questions and resources.
• Assist with reports, presentations, database updates, and data tracking in MS Office and industry software.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Trade Allies, contractors, and program stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support outreach.
• Stay informed on local, state, and federal energy programs and trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance program offerings and participant engagement.
• Support additional program, administrative, and customer service activities as needed.
• Travel up to 30% with mileage reimbursement.
