ICF is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support the utility energy efficiency portfolio in Arkansas. This role involves outreach, event planning, lead tracking, and relationship coordination with communities, trade allies, and customers.

The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and comfort with both office and field settings. Candidates should be prepared for travel and local meetings as part of program support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, event coordination, marketing, customer service, program support, administrative coordination, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Responsabilidades

• Research local community events and outreach opportunities aligned with program goals.
• Develop and maintain an outreach and events calendar with audiences, dates, locations, staffing, and goals.
• Coordinate and attend community outreach events to promote program awareness and gather leads.
• Work with trade allies to plan co-branded or partner events.
• Track leads, interactions, event participation, and follow-up activities in tracking tools or CRM.
• Prepare outreach summaries and event recaps to help leadership assess effectiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing, program management, and client representatives to ensure consistent messaging and successful events.
• Develop outreach materials, signage, handouts, and presentations for events.
• Assist with meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up items.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and related files.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to outreach and operations teams.
• Represent programs professionally at events and meetings.
• Support internal team meetings and client-facing updates as needed.
