ICF in Albuquerque is seeking an Account Specialist – Energy Efficiency Outreach Coordinator to drive awareness and participation in the PNM Home Energy Checkup Program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; one year of education may be substituted for one year of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in community outreach or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, databases, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a field‑based environment.
• Valid driver’s license and successful MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, local governments, nonprofits, trade allies, and other partners.
• Promote the program through outreach events, presentations, workshops, and community meetings.
• Attend and coordinate 1-5 in-person outreach events, resource fairs, and partner engagements per week.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support outreach campaigns, materials, and digital communications.
• Track outreach activities, leads, event outcomes, and partner engagement metrics.
• Manage contractor relationships and performance to ensure program delivery.
• Provide program education to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct occasional home energy assessments or energy education visits as needed.
• Support customer follow-up to encourage participation and action.
