Job summary

Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership across solar, energy storage, and construction sites. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, sourcing, screening, and coordinating skilled craft and hourly labor candidates; strong relationship-building and candidate experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will be a proven recruiter with field recruiting experience, capable of engaging diverse populations and managing multiple requisitions while traveling

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly workforce across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers and project leadership to understand workforce plans and local labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers and community organizations to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate candidate movement through hiring process.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and career fairs on project sites and in communities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
