Utility Advantage is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support marketing and outreach strategies in Atlantic City Electric’s energy efficiency programs.

The role focuses on increasing participation, coordinating with Trade Allies and customers, and engaging underserved segments. Travel 50–75% within Southern NJ with remote work options and a strong emphasis on relationship building and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field or 4 years sales/outreach experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Home office setup with reliable internet.
• Proven self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Promote programs to customers and work with contractors via meetings, presentations, and networking.
• Increase program visibility and participation; qualify leads; and support relationship building.
• Support outreach to underserved customer segments and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate day-to-day outreach activities and recruit Trade Allies.
• Enter and manage contacts and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Represent the program at community meetings and trade shows.
• Prepare activity and other required reports; travel 50–75% in NJ.
