Job summary

Ideal candidates have a related degree and 1+ year in energy efficiency or construction, with strong communication skills and a driver’s license for travel; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Agriculture, or Environmental Science.
• 1+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utilities, construction, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 pounds and perform field activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for program participants through project lifecycle.
• Lead and oversee residential retrofit and remodel projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow.
• Manage contractor relationships with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with residential building codes.
• Support stakeholder engagement with regular updates and alignment on goals.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
