CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Advisor to work remotely, assisting residential customers with energy-efficiency projects from eligibility through rebates. You’ll explain upgrades, incentives, and process paperwork, while guiding contractors and homeowners to successful project completion.

This entry-level role requires strong customer-service instincts, comfort with technology, and the ability to manage many interactions independently.

Competenze

• 0–1 years of relevant experience in customer service or high-volume communication.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems (Microsoft Office) and general technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers; no specific degree required.

Mansioni

• Provide ongoing phone and email support to homeowners and contractors for project conversion and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot questions and guide customers through program requirements and rebates.
• Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review with attention to detail.
• Record interactions for program tracking and reporting.
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails independently in a remote setting; travel only very occasionally for local events.
