Job summary

CLEAResult invites you to join as an Energy Advisor, a fully remote role serving residential customers across Colorado. You will guide energy-efficiency projects from eligibility through paperwork, incentives, and rebates, with conversations going beyond typical call-center tasks to include energy audit insights and meaningful guidance.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience; customer service or high-volume communication experience (e.g., call center) is highly valued.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Office) and general technology is a must.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• A genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers; no specific degree or major required.
• Detail-oriented to resolve rebate and calculation issues.
• Patience and adaptability for longer, more in-depth customer conversations than a typical high-volume phone role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to support project conversion and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot customer and contractor questions and provide guidance on program requirements.
• Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review with strong attention to detail.
• Accurately record customer and contractor interactions to meet program tracking and reporting requirements.
• Manage a steady, high volume of phone calls and emails independently in a remote setting, balancing and prioritizing both throughout the day.
• Travel occasionally (very infrequent, around twice a year) for local, optional in-person program or contractor events if you're based in the area.
