Job summary

Leidos seeks multiple Energy Advisors to market and support energy-efficiency programs near Detroit, Michigan. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and present energy-saving solutions with a creative team.

The role requires strong outreach, sales, communication, and organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule (primarily remote) with occasional travel to the Detroit area offices and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency and/or energy management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify efficiency opportunities and calculate energy savings.
• Market to large commercial, industrial, and government facility owners.
• Collaborate with facility managers and energy engineers on best practices.
• Educate customers and provide training on energy-related issues.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to stay current on technologies.
