CLEAResult is seeking a motivated Energy Advisor to support residential energy-efficiency projects entirely remotely. You will guide homeowners and contractors from eligibility through paperwork and incentives, explaining upgrades and processing rebates with care.

This entry-level position emphasizes strong customer service, with training provided on the technical side. Expect high-volume interactions and flexible communication via phone and email.

Qualifikationen

• 0–1 years of relevant experience; customer service or high-volume communication experience is highly valued.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Office) and general technology is a must.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• A genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers; no specific degree or major required.
• Detail-oriented to resolve rebate and calculation issues.
• Patience and adaptability for longer, more in-depth customer conversations than a typical high-volume phone role.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized, ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to support project conversion and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot customer and contractor questions and provide guidance on program requirements.
• Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review with strong attention to detail.
• Accurately record customer and contractor interactions to meet program tracking and reporting requirements.
• Manage a steady, high volume of phone calls and emails independently in a remote setting, balancing and prioritizing both throughout the day.
• Travel occasionally (very infrequent, around twice a year) for local, optional in-person program or contractor events if you’re based in the area.
• Communicate comfortably by both phone and email, balancing and prioritizing both throughout the day.
