ABB is seeking a Service Sales professional in the United States to generate leads for Renewables service offerings and develop new market opportunities. You will partner with senior colleagues to market ABB ECS Renewables solutions and translate customer needs into tailored service portfolios.

You will manage proposals, build long-term customer relationships, and monitor CRM data to ensure delivery of complete, compliant bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or sales field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Technical knowledge in electrical engineering, EV and solar preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Box.

Responsabilités

• Generates service sales leads and develops opportunities with senior peers.
• Uses CRM to understand the customer base and identify sales opportunities.
• Markets ABB ECS Renewables offerings through campaigns, events and meetings.
• Translates customer needs into ABB Renewables solutions.
• Supports tailored proposal generation to meet requirements.
• Builds long-term customer relationships and promotes Life Cycle Management.
• Documents customer feedback and ensures satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Partners with Operations and Engineering on price, quality and overall package requirements.
• Registers information in the customer database.
• Plans and performs weekly sales visits and reports them in CRM.
• Reports leads and opportunities, manages and updates the pipeline in CRM.
• Updates and monitors proposals and follows up on statistics.
