Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Energy team to drive growth in asset integrity engineering for pipeline infrastructure, natural gas, and fuel systems.

You will identify opportunities and secure new business across the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, reliable solutions. This role can be based in any ENERCON/Pond Office location or remotely within the US, with expected travel of about half the time to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field strongly preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of business development experience in asset integrity engineering, pipeline infrastructure, natural gas, and fuel systems.
• Proven expertise in pipeline integrity, inspection technologies, corrosion management, and risk assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, forecast sales, and lead strategic planning for pipeline and asset integrity projects.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in pipeline, natural gas, and fuel sectors.
