Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Engineering background preferred.
• Typically requires 6 years of relevant experience in engineering consulting, development, construction, or power utility.
• 2 years of business development success with Data Center Mission Critical is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adjust messaging to all levels of stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing, retaining, and maintaining clients.
• Proven relationships with clients in the power industry and EPC project developers.
• Experience developing and presenting proposals for potential clients, especially in conference settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel on business 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Main point of contact for assigned clients; develop relationships with key contacts.
• Business Development & Marketing: Identify new business and marketing opportunities; develop client-specific plans.
• Sales & Forecasting: Develop or update annual sales forecast to meet goals.
• Proposal & Technical Collaboration: Work with management and staff to develop key technical proposals; interact across executives, PM and engineering teams.
