EnerMech, a specialist service company delivering integrated solutions for energy and infrastructure projects, is expanding its Europe-based team with a Business Development Manager role. The candidate will work remotely within Europe, with travel as workload requires, and report to the VP for Growth.

We seek a professional with 5+ years in Energy/Industrial Services BD, capable of developing robust customer pursuit plans and driving opportunities across the full lifecycle.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Energy/Industrial Services related to Business Development.
• Experience developing target customer pursuit and key account plans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead customer identification and engagement to win new business opportunities aligned with strategy and forecasts.
• Develop a reliable pipeline across the full BD life-cycle (mapping, lead gen, qualification, pursuit, capture, forecast).
• Provide input into win strategies and commercial discussions for bids.
• Represent EnerMech to customers and partners at events and through external campaigns.
• Drive cross-selling by harnessing EnerMech capabilities across regions and disciplines.
• Lead work-winning efforts throughout bids and post-award activities as needed.
