SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management lead to oversee global deployments, patching, imaging, and policy enforcement for end users, both internal and external. You will drive ITIL-aligned processes, KPI reporting, and vendor coordination from a remote location.

The role requires strong AD, O365, Windows OS, networking knowledge and ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service improvements across sites. This is a full-time remote position.

Formación

• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• 1+ year in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of end user devices, networks, and security fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users.
• Build relationships with user groups to ensure operational stability.
• Resolve information services problems by analyzing issues and directing actions.
• Market to and train users on new products, services, features, and processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with reliability and functionality of endpoints.
• Generate and monitor management reporting tools.
• Evaluate and select hardware standards, including global laptops.
• Negotiate bulk hardware purchases with manufacturers and resellers.
• Manage the endpoint provisioning process, including imaging and policies.
• Plan and execute global deployments with patches and OS updates.
• Provide lead on technical projects including budgets and vendor relations.
• Forecast systems needs and KPI performance for endpoints.
• Oversee requests, incidents and problems related to Endpoint Management.
• Participate in root cause analysis of widespread issues.
• Escalate issues to upper management and participate in remediation planning.
• Provide KPI data and trends to upper management regularly.
• Communicate outage/emergency activities to the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships for daily operational needs.
• Contribute to SLAs improvements for Endpoint Management.
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups with end users and teams.
• Alert leadership to trends in incidents and ITIL processes.
• Handle confidential data and continuously improve skills.
• Review SOPs and FAQs to assist end users/clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
