Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to lead global endpoint deployments and manage a diverse hardware & software environment. You’ll coordinate imaging, policy enforcement, patching, and software deployment while driving reliability and user satisfaction.

In this remote-full-time role, you’ll partner with IT and business stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and optimize ITIL processes. A strong background in Windows, VDI, Active Directory, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in IT/endpoint management or similar.
• Experience with Endpoint Management, VDI, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and file shares.
• Experience with patching, OS updates, and software deployment.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of endpoint services to internal and external users.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, and policy enforcement.
• Plan global deployments including security patches and OS updates.
• Monitor KPIs and generate management reports.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate hardware purchases.
• Escalate issues and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Ensure ITIL processes and SLA improvements are followed.
