Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee global deployment, imaging, and patching of endpoint hardware and software. You will lead technical projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable IT services.

The role requires 6+ years in Endpoint Management, strong AD/O365/Windows knowledge, and excellent communication. You will work with user groups to maintain stability and drive KPI reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• Proficient with VDI, AD, O365, Windows OS.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to end users.
• Build relationships with user groups to identify and resolve issues across organizational lines.
• Resolve information services problems by analyzing issues and directing actions.
• Market to and train the user community on new products, services, features, and processes for Endpoint Services.
• Manage the endpoint provisioning process, including imaging, policies, and software packaging.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including security patching and OS updates.
• Forecast systems needs for leading, supporting, informing, and improving endpoint management operations.
• Escalate issues to upper management and participate in remediation planning.
