Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Endpoint Management professional to oversee global hardware provisioning, deployments, security patching, and lifecycle management. The role emphasizes coordinating with user groups, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to ensure operational stability and user satisfaction.

Candidates should have extensive Endpoint Management experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience; 1+ year in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 6 years of Endpoint Management or related field.
• Familiar with Windows server OS 2012+ and MS ecosystem.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document and train users.

Responsibilities

• Work with user groups to ensure operational stability and that applications meet practical needs.
• Builds relationship with key user and operation groups to identify and resolve business issues.
• Resolves information services problems by analyzing issues and guiding actions.
• Market to and train the user community on new products and processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with reliability and functionality of supported computers.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including security patching and OS updates.
