Zusammenfassung

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Endpoint Management lead to ensure the reliability of user hardware and software across the global organization. You will coordinate imaging, deployments, security patches, and policy management while guiding vendor partners and providing KPI-driven reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in endpoint management with strong AD/O365/Windows expertise and excellent communication skills. Remote-friendly with a full-time commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in IT with 1+ year in a Senior Associate or equivalent.
• 6 years of Endpoint Management or related field experience.
• Certifications (CompTIA Network+/A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, endpoints, and enterprise networks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee timely delivery of standardized equipment to internal and external users.
• Build relationships with user groups to ensure operational stability and needs are met.
• Resolve ITIL incidents by directing actions and re-allocating resources.
• Market to and train user community on endpoints and related processes.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, policies, and software packaging.
• Plan global deployments, including OS updates and security patches.
• Provide leadership on technical projects including budgeting and vendor relations.
• Provide KPI reporting and trends to upper management regularly.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for daily operational needs.
• Assist in improving SLAs and SOPs related to Endpoint Management.
