Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an integrated solutions specialist to support our commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy. This role independently advances assigned initiatives, ensuring customer workflows, readiness, dependencies, and follow-through remain on track.

The Integrated Solutions Specialist works across Commercial Technology Strategy, Field Sales, Medical, Account Operations, Customer Operations, technical teams, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience in healthcare/diagnostics/technology
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or related environments
• Ability to organize work, prioritize, and deliver results independently
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills and clear written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution of EMR integration initiatives from planning to launch
• Document customer workflows, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies and actions
• Resolve operational barriers by coordinating stakeholders and escalating risks
• Lead internal and customer sessions to clarify requirements and determine next steps
• Assess impacts and advance multiple initiatives with good prioritization
