Qualifications

Must hold an Active California Bar license in good standing.
Minimum 2+ years of employment law experience.
Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience.
Plaintiff or defense background considered.
Experience negotiating and settling cases is required.
Strong writing, analytical, and strategic skills; comfortable in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Handle employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems.
Take and defend depositions and argue motions.
Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations with autonomy.
Use AI tools and shared services to maximize efficiency and reduce admin work.
Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience.
Collaborate with a remote team of experienced employment litigators.
