Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Employment law experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court and argue motions.
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts.
• Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trial work.
