Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of employment law experience
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience negotiating and settling cases
• Strong writing and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems.
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions.
• Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations with autonomy.
• Use AI tools and shared services to maximize efficiency and reduce admin work.
• Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Collaborate with a remote team of experienced employment litigators.
