The position allows remote work with lower billable-hour targets and avoids the partner/shareholder track demands.

The attorney will defend California employers in employment litigation, handling defense strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trials, with in-person

Competenze

• Active CA license in good standing.
• 2+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated with accountability for remote work.

Mansioni

• Defend employers in employment litigation and develop defense strategy.
• Perform legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients, including in-person appearances when needed.
