Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience (in-house or law firm).
• Strong analytical and writing skills; excellent organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in employment litigation.
• Develop defense strategy and conduct legal research.
• Draft pleadings and manage discovery and motions.
• Draft dispositive motions and related filings.
• Occasional depositions, motion practice, mediation, or trial work as needed.
