Ogletree Deakins has multiple opportunities for attorneys with 7+ years of labor & employment experience to join the firm to work directly with a specific group of our clients on a variety of employment law matters! This is a flexible opportunity for an attorney to assume the role of a non-shareholder track counsel on a fully remote basis from any location.

The Counsel attorney will have an emphasis on counseling a specific group of clients on employment-law-related matters, including hiring,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in good standing in any state.
• 7+ years of employment law experience advising clients on related matters.
• Experience conducting trainings and drafting employment policies and forms.
• Willingness to work remotely from locations where the firm has an office.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on employment-law matters and risk mitigation.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft and revise policies, handbooks, and compliance documents for clients.
