Ogletree Deakins is seeking experienced employment-law counsel to join a flexible, remote role focused on advising a specific group of clients on hiring, leave, discipline, wage-hour, and related matters.

The attorney will deliver training webinars, draft policies and forms, and work with the firm’s learning resources. Residency must be in a state with an Ogletree Deakins office; remote from any location is possible.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in any state (must maintain licensure).
• 7+ years of employment-law experience advising clients on related matters.
• Experience in conducting training and drafting/revising employment policies and forms.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on employment-law matters and related issues.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft and revise policies, handbooks, forms, checklists, and other client documents.
