You will defend employers in employment litigation, manage discovery, draft pleadings, and develop defense strategies, with occasional in-person depositions or hearings depending on jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Develop defense strategy in employment litigation
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings
• Manage discovery and motions practice
• Draft dispositive motions
• Occasionally take or defend depositions and participate in trial or in-person proceedings as needed
