Ogletree Deakins seeks an experienced employment-law attorney for a remote Counsel role. The position focuses on advising a specific client group on hiring, leave, accommodations, discipline, investigations, wage/hour, and related policies.

The attorney will also create webinars and draft client documents, with in-office retreats and access to extensive learning resources. The role requires a JD, active license, and 7+ years of relevant experience; remote work is possible from any location,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in good standing in any state.
• 7+ years of employment law experience advising clients on employment-law matters.
• Experience conducting training and drafting employment policies and forms.

Responsibilities

• Counsel a specific group of clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft/revise policies, handbooks, forms, checklists, and other documents.
• Participate in firm events and utilize firm learning resources.
