Qualifications

• 5-7 years of employment law and litigation experience required.
• Must have CA, AZ, or WA bar license and active state admission.
• Familiarity with computer forensics, e-discovery, and data privacy issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative charges and employment litigation for firm clients.
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, prepare persuasive motions.
• Collaborate on complex employment law matters.
