Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to deliver consistent HR guidance, investigate concerns, and advise management on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. The role supports operations across multiple U.S. sites with remote capabilities.

You will work with Legal, HRBPs, and COEs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining high-quality employee relations and data-driven trends analysis.

Qualifications

• Conduct sensitive HR investigations in accordance with policy and law.
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, discipline, and terminations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements where applicable.
• Analyze data to identify ER trends and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR investigations from plan to closure.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and disciplinary actions.
• Support union-related processes and collective bargaining where applicable.
• Partner with COEs and Legal teams to develop solutions.
• Maintain confidential handling of sensitive information.
