Job summary

Renaissance is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide expert guidance, coaching, and support globally to HR staff, leaders, and employees. You will manage employee relations, policy updates, and conduct internal investigations in alignment with legal requirements.

You will partner with HR leadership, Employment Legal, and other HR functions to ensure a cohesive and compliant service delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ Human Resources experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting internal investigations independently.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA or equivalent laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and coaching on employee relations to HR staff and leaders globally.
• Coach leaders on performance management and corrective actions with clear criteria.
• Lead internal workplace investigations across Renaissance locations with thorough documentation.
• Draft and implement employee relations policies aligned with legal requirements.
• Collect and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Benefits, and DEI teams to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives in line with best practices.
