Job summary

Renaissance in the United States is seeking an accomplished Employee Relations specialist to advise on performance management, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation across our global education technology organization, including schools and district partners.

You will lead internal investigations with rigorous documentation and ensure regulatory compliance, while drafting and implementing ER policies and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Minimum 3 years conducting internal investigations independently.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA employment laws.
