Job summary

Renaissance seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our global People Relations team. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, coach HR staff and leaders, and lead internal investigations across all locations in line with policies and legal requirements.

You will drive policy development, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with Legal, Benefits, and DEI teams to ensure compliant service delivery, reporting to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations management and policy interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to coach HR staff and leaders on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations guidance to HR staff, leaders, and employees globally.
• Lead performance management and introduce corrective action processes as needed.
• Lead internal workplace investigations across Renaissance locations.
• Draft, revise, and implement employee relations policies reflecting legal requirements.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data to monitor trends and support decisions.
• Partner with HR and Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and DEI teams to ensure compliant service.
• Contribute to broader HR projects aligning with best practices.
