Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Employee and Labor Relations Program Manager (US-O) to lead ER and LR strategies across assigned sites, with a remote setup and travel up to 25%.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR with strong ER/LR experience, including investigations and union-related work. You will partner with Operations, HR, and Legal to drive compliant solutions and associate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 7-10 years of HR experience with emphasis on Employee/Labor Relations, required.
• Experience handling complex ER investigations and workplace conflict resolution, required.
• Labor relations/collective bargaining or union campaigns is preferred.
• 5-7 years HR Generalist or HRBP experience preferred.
• Clear communication and ability to influence all organization levels, required.
• Experience analyzing workforce data, trends, and metrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Devise employee and labor relations strategies for assigned sites or regions.
• Identify and implement progressive ER/LR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with associates, management, and union leadership where applicable.
• Partner with Operations and HR leadership to deploy ER/LR solutions.
• Manage HR policies, procedures, and programs in ER/LR.
• Lead training on ER/LR competencies for leadership.
• Provide reporting and analytics to monitor ER/LR climates and metrics.
• Conduct compliant ER/LR investigations and provide guidance on issues.
• Support grievance processes, arbitration prep, and collective bargaining where needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance to deliver ER/LR solutions.
