Job summary

Relativity in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist (Level 6) to serve as a strategic ER partner. You will lead complex investigations, guide managers through performance processes, and partner with Legal and senior leadership to protect the organization while upholding fair standards.

This remote/hybrid role supports HRBPs globally, shaping ER playbooks, ensuring compliant, defensible outcomes, and driving improvements in how we manage risk,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a dedicated Employee Relations or compliance focus.
• Proven experience leading workplace investigations end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written communication for defensible documentation.
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess credibility, and provide legally defensible findings.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent policy application across regional differences.
• Advise on high-risk performance cases including PIPs and coaching.
• Support HRBPs and leadership in ER governance and incident response.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coach managers on feedback delivery and documentation.
• Provide real-time case consultation for sensitive situations.
