Job summary

EMS|MC in the United States seeks a Manager, HR Operations and Employee Relations to lead Employee Relations and oversee core HR functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and Compliance.

The role partners with leaders to guide investigations and corrective actions, ensuring policy consistency and risk mitigation across the organization. Strong leadership and 5+ years HR experience required; remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with Employee Relations and HR Operations.
• Ability to coach managers and manage investigations independently.
• Experience leading HR Operations functions including Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end corrective action processes and guides managers.
• Central owner of Employee Relations matters including investigations.
• Conducts investigations with documentation and defensible outcomes.
• Advises on conduct, risk mitigation, and appropriate actions.
• Leads HR Operations functions: Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Compliance.
• Drives process improvements and policy consistency across the org.
