The Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Leader in Madison to drive a growing book of business and lead a team of producers. The role calls for a proven EB sales background, strong leadership, and a track record of building revenue with self-funded accounts.

You will coach and mentor a team of 12–15, manage client relationships, and align sales strategies with organizational goals in a hybrid environment with four on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a producer with $1M+ revenue in employee benefits.
• Strong expertise in self-funded accounts.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a team of producers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work on-site in Madison for at least 4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of 12-15 producers with coaching and strategic guidance.
• Grow a book of business focusing on EB accounts 200–1,000 average lives.
• Utilize self-funded account expertise to support clients and team.
• Collaborate with local leadership to align sales strategies with goals.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Engage in sales activities to foster client relationships and revenue growth.
