Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Six to eight years of related employee benefits experience.
• Current Colorado Life and Health Insurance License.
• Must actively pursue industry designations as needed.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and service delivery to support profitability and retention.
• Lead benefits consulting engagements on strategy, design, and renewals.
• Develop sophisticated benefits designs and renewal strategies.
• Oversee renewals, marketing, and carrier negotiations.
• Support business development and account expansion.
• Maintain industry and carrier expertise and travel up to 50%.
