Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and coordinate daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and client communications.
• Oversee renewals, data updates, and carrier rate negotiations.
