Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits/account management.
• Active license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy handling large workloads.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure service levels.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup and renewals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance.
• Advocate for clients and carriers to achieve mutual outcomes.
