Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related field.
• Active licensing required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High accuracy and ability to manage large workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to client requests.
• Lead the account team and coordinate daily activities.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, renewals, data management, and client education.
• Maintain and improve client relationships; liaison with carriers.
