You will manage renewals, new business setup, data management, and sales opportunities while upholding IOA values.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the industry, an active license, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid/remote options are available with some location-based requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active insurance license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Accurate handling of high-volume workloads.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure performance and avoid liability.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and compliance checks.
• Oversee renewals, data updates, and rate coordination.
• Build strong client relationships and advocate for clients and carriers.
• Support professional development and maintain compliance with policies.
