Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Client management: Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met.
• Client service: Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, respond quickly to requests.
• Team leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
• Daily activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Business growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New business setup: Manage data gathering, client file creation, AOR notifications, carrier rates, and compliance checks.
• Renewal process: Manage renewals with data verification, rate gathering, and audits.
• Intermediary role: Advocate for clients and carriers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Value-added solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Communication and compliance: Maintain transparent communication and ensure policy adherence.
