The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in the industry, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills. A hybrid remote/on-site model may apply based on location, with company policy guiding onsite requirements.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a positive attitude and assist others.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage data gathering, client file creation, and communications.
